FF Frischfleisch AG in Sursee is looking to strengthen its HR team immediately or by arrangement with a dedicated individual as an HR specialist or HR assistant with professional experience.

Actively shape

• Independent management of personnel administration from entry to exit
• Co-responsibility and collaboration in payroll processing
• Advice and support for employees and managers on personnel-related issues
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, work references, and other HR documents
• Close cooperation with line management and executive management
• Time recording, absence management, social insurances including monthly and annual accounting
• Maintenance of personnel data and HR administration

You bring these skills

• Completed training as an HR assistant with practical experience or HR specialist
• Quick comprehension and interconnected thinking
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Hands-on mentality and team spirit
• Very good MS Office skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Foreign languages are an advantage
