Recruitment & Sales Consultant m/f/d 100%
- Recruit: Find, select, and win construction personnel
- Prepare: Train employees and equip them according to your clients' requirements
- Organise: Coordinate assignments between clients and employees – including all administrative tasks
- Support: First point of contact for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances, and administrative matters
- Build: Develop and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments in large projects
We expect:
- Completed EFZ training in the construction industry or a related field
- German at native level as well as very good language skills in Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese (mandatory)
- Open, communicative personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good knowledge of the Bern region, initiative, and a convincing manner
- Driving licence category B and willingness for client and employee visits with the company vehicle
