As a service advisor, you are the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. You competently support our customers with all concerns regarding their vehicle and ensure a professional and personal service. Your main tasks include advising and supporting our customers at reception and on the phone. If you enjoy taking responsibility, working in an organised manner, and appreciate daily customer contact, you are a perfect fit for us.

Your tasks:

• Appointment scheduling and planning of workshop work considering resources, including planning of replacement vehicles
• Consultation and sale of services including vehicle acceptance and return with explanation of the work performed and the invoice
• Recording orders and assigning standard times
• Preparing cost estimates
• Administrative tasks towards insurance companies/customers/importers

What you bring with you:

• Completion of a technical vocational training in the automotive trade (advantageous)
• Good PC skills (IMAWEB software advantageous)
• High level of organisation as well as independent and precise working style
• Communicative and service-oriented personality
• Neat appearance
• High willingness to provide service and flexibility
• Understanding of processes and quick comprehension
• Calmness and overview even in hectic situations
• Driving licence category B
• Minimum age 35 years, as we deliberately seek an experienced and established personality
