Strategic Business Assistant to the Managing Director

In this central staff function, you will work directly with the Managing Director. You will support him as well as other members of the executive management in strategic matters, develop well-founded decision-making bases, coordinate cross-departmental topics, and independently drive important initiatives forward.

Your tasks

• Sparring partner to the Managing Director in strategic and operational matters.
• Preparation of analyses, business cases, and decision-making bases.
• Leadership and support of cross-departmental projects.
• Identification and implementation of optimisation and development potentials.
• Support of business development, M&A, and process optimisation initiatives.
• Reporting to management and group leadership.

What you bring

• Degree in business administration, finance, or economics (Bachelor/Master).
• Experience in strategy, corporate development, or project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Very good German skills as well as confident use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strong implementation skills.
