Project Manager: Architecture and Construction Management

Emmenbrücke and/or Zug | 60-100 % | immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You take on tasks in early project phases, especially in concept development, project planning and design
• You prepare object assessments, feasibility analyses and decision-making bases
• You have your talent in the design and planning of construction projects
• You independently manage construction projects through all phases, ensuring compliance with quality, costs and deadlines
• You work closely with our site managers and also independently realise projects
• You advise our real estate specialists on construction-related issues throughout the entire real estate cycle

Your profile

• You have a solid education and training and experience as an architect, project manager, construction planning technician or a comparable construction qualification
• You have a flair for architecture, colours and materials and possess a structured and solution-oriented way of thinking
• You bring very good knowledge of relevant laws, standards and planning processes
• You have experience in managing construction projects and working with various project participants
• You convince us with your team spirit and your independent way of working.
