Responsibilities

• Independent management and execution of construction projects

• Organisation of construction sites and coordination of all partners involved in the construction

• Schedule, cost, and quality control

• Ensuring occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection

Profile

• Completed training as a construction manager or equivalent qualifications

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Confident use of MS Office and common construction software

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Driving licence category B
