Site Manager in Controlled Demolition / Deputy Managing Director (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with regard to the company objectives:

• Management: Deputising for the managing director and taking on leadership responsibilities
• Project Management: Independent organisation, planning and management of construction sites and projects
• Clients & Acquisition: Securing new contracts as well as advising, supporting and maintaining existing client relationships
• Personnel Management: Leading, instructing and scheduling employees
• Resource Planning: Needs-based allocation of machines, equipment, materials and other resources
• Site Coordination: Planning and supervision of demolition, concrete drilling and concrete cutting work
• Project Monitoring: Monitoring deadlines, costs, quality and project progress as well as compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Calculation & Administration: Preparation and control of preliminary and final calculations, reports, measurements, time and material work and billing as well as management of project documentation

Your skills to advance us as well as our clients and employees:

• Education: Completed technical or manual basic training in the main or subcontracting construction sector
• Further Training: Qualification as site manager, foreman or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in concrete processing, controlled demolition or a related field, ideally with leadership experience
• Expertise: Good knowledge of work preparation, calculation, site management and project execution as well as a strong awareness of safety and quality
• Leadership & Organisation: Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational and decision-making skills as well as enjoyment in leading employees
• Personality: Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style as well as confident and professional appearance
• Other Requirements: Driving licence category B, very good German skills; other languages are an advantage
