Job Description
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments
- Develop, update, and maintain Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings, including:
- EASA Part 145 Continuation Training
- EWIS, FTS, and SMS Training
- EASA Part CAMO Continuation Training
- EASA Part 21G / 21J Continuation Training
- Deliver internal training programs (theoretical, technical, or practical), except those requiring EASA Part 147 approval
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Administrative Staff to manage the implementation and follow-up of all AMAC internal training activities
- Prepare and organise training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs
- Manage and maintain the internal training certificates
The expertise you have & skills you bring
Qualification:
- Instructor in an EASA Part 147 environment
- Qualified Instructor in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors
- Good knowledge of EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments
- Holder of a Train the Trainer Certificate
- Holder of B1/B2 EASA License
Professional Background:
- Strong experience in EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments
- Good knowledge of EN 9100/9110 requirements
- Experience as a Quality Inspector, Maintenance Certifying Staff, and Training Organisation
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills
