Head of Corporate Client Pension Advisory BVG 80%

Your area of responsibility: In this new key role, you will be significantly responsible for the further development of the pension fund in the market and in charge of:

• Professional and personnel management of the customer service department
• Ensuring customer retention and acquisition
• Personal advice & support of corporate clients and brokers
• Customer visits throughout Switzerland
• Developing pension solutions and offers including presentations to clients
• Market observation and market analysis
• Preparation of business for the board of trustees and participation in its meetings

Your profile: The rapid and successful assumption of the above-mentioned tasks requires:

• Mandatory professional experience in customer service, consulting and sales in the field of occupational benefits, social insurance or collective personal insurance
• Further training in marketing, sales or occupational benefits
• Native German speaker; good knowledge of French, Italian skills an advantage
• Energetic, engaging and customer-oriented personality
• Enjoyment and experience in using modern IT tools
