Embedded Software Architect (56372)

Task

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Architect. In this demanding role, you will take responsibility for the architecture and strategic development of an embedded software platform. You will evaluate new technologies, define sustainable technology standards, and ensure high software quality through architecture governance, development guidelines, as well as modern testing and automation concepts. Additionally, you will coordinate architectural requirements with customers, management, and development teams, document technical decisions, and support distributed development teams in implementing common architectural principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in embedded software development
• Solid experience in designing complex software architectures
• Very good knowledge of modern software engineering methods
• Experience with architecture governance, development guidelines, as well as testing and automation concepts
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in technical leadership or coaching of development teams
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Very good German and English skills
