Clerk Internal Sales Export (m/f/d)

• Processing export documents and shipping papers
• Communication with international business partners in several languages
• Checking and recording order data
• Coordination of customs and foreign trade formalities
• Maintenance and updating of customer databases
• Support with administrative processes in daily business
• Preparation of offers, invoices and delivery documents
• Coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners

• Commercial basic training
• Sound knowledge in the export sector
• Experience in internal sales
• Very good German and Italian skills required
• Organised and careful working style
• Reliable and independent personality
