For our spa area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a warm, motivated and well-groomed personality as a wellness masseur/masseuse

(Main working hours weekends & public holidays)

Your Profile

What we expect from you

• You have completed training as a masseur/masseuse and have further specialised in wellness massages.
• You have several years of experience in upscale hospitality or in a wellness facility/spa.
• You are quality-conscious, sales-strong and enjoy dealing with demanding guests. A discreet, hygienic and precise way of working as well as a high service mentality are a matter of course for you.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills, additional languages are an advantage as well as knowledge of TAC (cash register/access system).

• A warm, well-groomed and communicative manner characterises you, and you enjoy working with demanding guests

• Both independent work and effective teamwork are part of your strengths, as you support each other to ensure a smooth process

• Quality and the service mentality are essential to you and highly valued by you.

• You do not mind working shifts, on weekends or public holidays.

• For these tasks, it is important that you have good physical fitness and are used to being on your feet all day. Also keep in mind that we always have warm temperatures and the humidity in a spa can be quite high – you should like that

Your Tasks

Your area of responsibility

• With passion and a fine sense, you pamper our guests with wellness massages, especially the classic massages suit you. You take our guests on a wellness journey

• You are also familiar with various body treatments, e.g. body scrubs

• With your professional know-how, you skilfully care for and advise our guests about our products and offers in the spa area to provide them with the best possible experience

• Hygiene and safety standards are an important aspect of your work. Therefore, you place great value on cleanliness and order in the treatment rooms to ensure that our guests can feel comfortable in a pleasant environment
