To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who professionally guides, accompanies, and supports learners and participants in their professional development.

Tasks

• Guidance and support of learners (PrA, EBA, EFZ) as well as participants in IV measures
• Design and supervision of practical work assignments
• Conducting introductory, status, and final interviews including reporting
• Collaboration with IV offices and referring institutions
• Participation in internal projects

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or comparable qualification
• Experience in vocational training, work agogics, or in supporting learners
• Team and cooperation skills
• High social competence and enjoyment in working with people with varying support needs
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
