As a result of growth, we are looking for a property manager in the area of co-ownership and condominium ownership.

Area of responsibility

• Independent and holistic management and administration of your own property portfolio (focus on co-ownership and condominium ownership) with comprehensive digital tools
• Leading and recording owners' meetings and committee meetings (latest start between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm)
• Direct contact person for owners, caretakers, craftsmen, etc.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the management of condominium ownership
• Property manager certificate advantageous
• Commercial basic training
• Confident use of digital tools
• Team player, flexible, resilient
• Good manners, authentic and professional appearance
