About the job
The Solothurnisches Zentrum Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups individually and specifically as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses, and accidents. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Around 200 employees throughout the foundation are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

These are your tasks
- You care for, accompany, and support people with disabilities in everyday life
- You assist with household tasks and the design of the residential group
What you bring
- You have a strong interest in a nursing or social pedagogical profession and in working with people with disabilities
- You are flexible, patient, respectful, and curious
- You have good oral and written German skills as well as computer skills
- You are physically and mentally resilient
- You are willing to work irregular hours
