About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

These are your responsibilities
- You care for, accompany and support people with complex disabilities in everyday life
- You assist with domestic tasks and the organisation of the residential group
What you bring with you
- You have a strong interest in a nursing or social pedagogical profession and in working with people with disabilities
- You are flexible, patient, respectful and curious
- You have good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
- You are physically and mentally resilient
- You are willing to work irregular hours
