What awaits you:

• Support in operational day-to-day business

• Taking over administrative and organisational tasks in the logistics office

• Timely picking and ensuring an optimal flow of goods

• Scheduling and coordination of incoming containers as well as recording and processing orders

• Support with customs clearance and handling of customs formalities

• Processing of complaints and damage cases

• Assistance with inventory counts and general warehouse activities

• Careful handling of company equipment and machinery

• Continuous optimisation of logistics processes and workflows

• Active participation in the implementation of company goals

What distinguishes you:

• Experience in logistics administration

• Good knowledge of customs clearance and handling customs formalities

• Very good German, French and English skills in spoken and written form

• Strong organisational talent and high sense of responsibility

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
