In addition to the products, hostettler autotechnik ag also provides the corresponding know-how: information systems, hotline, training and workshop concepts complement the tailored offer for every garage. We are looking for a motivated and talented person to start immediately or by arrangement to ensure that professional and personal service can continue to be guaranteed.
Your Tasks
- Processing dealer enquiries and supporting customer advisors
- Maintaining customer master data
- Managing administration in the area of workshop concepts (contract management, billing, etc.)
- Event organisation and participation in events in consultation with the concept manager
- Creating processes and process optimisations within the concept department
- Assisting in the creation of sales documentation
- Maintaining websites and developing communication materials
- Creating and processing statistics
- Collaborating on projects
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further education
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Marketing knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as very good French skills
- Proficient knowledge of working with the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- High commitment, strong team spirit and good manners
