Job Description

🔎 Your Tasks
Planning and coordinating service deployments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Collaborating with Service Supervisors (Field Trainers) during installations, maintenance, relocations, and routine visits.
Monitoring and supporting technician activities as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintaining data in the iCABS system (ERP): manual entries, KPI analyses, and suggestions for corrective actions.
🛡️ Responsibility for Health and Safety
Ensuring that your work is always performed safely and without health risks.
Implementing all measures from the H&S management system and safe work systems.
Proper handling of work equipment, hazardous substances, equipment, transport means, and safety devices.

👤 Your Profile
Completed commercial basic training (KV or business school).
Strong customer and service orientation.
Reliable, independent, analytical, and precise working style.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, resilience.
Enjoyment of daily telephone customer contact.
High team spirit.
Very good language skills: German (native), good French and English skills; Italian is a plus.
Confident handling of MS Office as well as interest in software tools and ERP systems.
