Responsibilities:
You manage the ordering process from requirements determination to timely delivery of goods.
Supplier support in day-to-day business as well as handling open inquiries are within your area of responsibility.
You compare offers regarding price, delivery conditions, and other procurement terms.
In case of delivery delays or faulty deliveries, you coordinate the necessary clarifications.
You check stock levels and goods movements with regard to supply security.
You resolve invoice discrepancies and deviations in prices or delivery quantities with the responsible departments.
You support new products and internal projects in collaboration with product management.
You keep article and supplier master data up to date in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your professional foundation; further training in procurement is an advantage.
Practical experience in procurement, materials management, or purchasing administration is present.
You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
You analyse figures securely and recognise inconsistencies in offers and invoices.
You organise your tasks independently and reliably set priorities.
You communicate clearly and solution-oriented in exchange with internal departments and external business partners.
Your German skills are very good, both spoken and written.
Good English skills enable you to communicate with international suppliers.
