As a Service Advisor, you are the important link between our customers and the workshop. You ensure that service orders are professionally prepared, communicated transparently, and reliably implemented. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with a strong service understanding and create a thoroughly convincing experience for our customers.

Your area of responsibility
- Appointment scheduling
- Handling vehicle reception including direct reception
- Determining repair scopes
- Order preparation and appointment coordination between workshop and customers
- Planning and coordination of work orders
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Invoicing of customer orders
- Active sale of services and Porsche accessories
- Positive influence on customer satisfaction
Your skills
- Successfully completed vocational training as an automotive mechanic and further training as a customer service advisor
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry
- Ideally knowledge of Porsche vehicles
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Good English skills, French skills advantageous
- High team and communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working
