Sales Lead Trade (m/f/d)
In your role as Sales Lead Trade, you lead your team with clear goals, high commitment, and a strong focus on revenue growth. Through active performance management and consistent control of sales activities, you ensure that agreed targets are met and sustainably exceeded. With targeted coaching, efficient processes, and the professional use of CRM, sales scripts, and campaigns, you build a high-performance organisation that delights customers and delivers measurable results.
Your role with us as Sales Lead Trade
- You lead the national telesales team of around 7 employees in the German and Western Switzerland regions both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring the achievement of revenue and activity targets through active performance management
- You also analyse relevant KPIs, create reports, and derive targeted measures for the continuous improvement of sales success, efficiency, and service quality
- You strategically develop the telesales department further and optimise processes, call scripts, sales approaches, and the use of Salesforce
- You regularly conduct coaching sessions to specifically promote employees, expand potential, and ensure sustainable performance development
- You are responsible for the operational management of daily business, conduct team stand-ups, and ensure structured planning and prioritisation of activities
- Quality management and control of calls, offers, and customer documentation are part of your daily tasks
- You work closely with the departments of Account Management, Customer Care, Marketing, and Controlling to ensure smooth collaboration at the interfaces

- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification; further training in sales, leadership, or marketing is an advantage
- Several years of experience in telesales or outbound sales with proven sales success on the phone as well as experience in leading sales teams
- Sound knowledge in KPI-based performance management as well as in the analysis and control of sales activities
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to specifically develop employees and motivate them to achieve top performance
- Very good user knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM system as well as confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; ERP knowledge (D365fO) is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial and structured thinking with high initiative in optimising processes, sales approaches, and campaigns
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French language skills
