The contribution you can make

• Further develop the guidelines on building automation and holistic automation systems as well as ensure their concrete implementation in new construction and renovation projects
• Coordinate and support system integration specialists and external BAS specialist designers as well as ensure the quality of systems, specifications and function descriptions
• Support projects at all stages of the lifecycle (strategy, design, planning, tendering, commissioning, comprehensive testing and final acceptance)
• Act as the central technical contact point between project management, property management, works management, facility management, IT department and external partners
• Contribute your expertise on strategic topics, specialised bodies and working groups, develop standards and instructions, and provide advice to internal services on complex BAS issues

What distinguishes you

• Tertiary-level education with a technical focus or tertiary-level education in building automation, construction technology, electrical engineering or an equivalent technical field
• Several years of professional experience in building automation, construction technology or in planning and implementing entire construction technology projects
• In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, system integration, commissioning as well as relevant standards and regulations
• Experience in leading and technically managing project partners and external specialist designers; strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method with a strong focus on quality; strategic-level knowledge
• Active knowledge of a second official language
