Working hours:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of customers
- Receiving customer needs via phone, ticketing tool, and email
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Deputizing for existing reception staff
- Management of meeting rooms
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Professional experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial field is an advantage
- Perfect German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Organizational skills
- Well-groomed appearance
