Your tasks in detail

Selection of prospective tenants in cooperation with property management, issuing rental commitments, and preparing rental contracts are your daily business
Daily telephone contact with prospective tenants, tenants, employers, and landlords
Review of incoming terminations and sending termination letters to tenants
Processing property photos, data management, and placing advertisements
Arranging viewing appointments with prospective tenants
Independent organization of your work area
Managing the telephone hotline
Special tasks depending on the topic

Your profile

You have completed commercial basic training or similar
You enjoy working in a team as well as independently
You are customer-oriented and live the word service
As an organizational talent with perseverance, you are not easily unsettled
You manage recurring processes/tasks
Your mother tongue is German; you have advanced skills in English or French
