Head of Department Global IT Enterprise Excellence (all genders)

As Head of Department Enterprise Excellence, you take responsibility for an experienced team of SAP and enterprise application experts. You provide guidance, create a positive and trusting working environment, and develop our global SAP and application landscape together with your team.

• Leadership, development, and empowerment of the Enterprise Excellence team with a focus on trust, collaboration, personal responsibility, and shared goal achievement
• Creation of a positive, performance-oriented working environment as well as promotion of individual strengths and further development of employees
• Strategic development of the global SAP and enterprise application landscape in coordination with relevant business and IT stakeholders
• Ensuring a stable, sustainable, and future-oriented SAP system landscape as well as continuous optimisation of associated processes and solutions
• Management and prioritisation of requirements, projects, and initiatives considering business value, resources, and strategic alignment
• Promotion of close collaboration within the team as well as across departmental, process, and country boundaries
• Management of external partners and service providers as well as ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external experts
• Active shaping of changes and transformations as well as conveying a clear direction and shared goals

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an international IT, SAP, or enterprise applications environment
• Positive, appreciative, and committed leadership personality with joy in developing people, delegating responsibility, and forming a strong team
• Solid experience with SAP and enterprise applications as well as good understanding of integrated business processes and complex system landscapes
• Ability to lead experienced specialists and provide guidance without needing to be the deepest expert in every technological detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to bring together different perspectives
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in managing projects, changes, and external partners in an international environment
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
