We have been exclusively commissioned to approach you for the role of

HR Specialist 60 – 80 %

In this role, you are jointly responsible for all operational HR and payroll matters of the organisation and report to the Finance, Controlling and HR department.

Your main tasks

• Independent management of personnel administration from entry to exit
• Preparation of employment contracts and references• Monthly payroll processing for permanent employees, hourly paid staff and volunteers
• Recruitment up to contract conclusion in collaboration with department heads
• Ensuring consistent onboarding and offboarding
• Documentation and further development of HR processes
• Leading and participating in HR projects

Your profile

• Completed training as an HR clerk, federal specialist certificate for HR professionals is an advantage
• At least three years of experience in personnel administration with own responsibility
• Experience with own payroll runs in payroll software
• Confident in social insurance, daily allowance accounting and Swiss labour law
• Experience in HR projects with own responsibility
• Knowledge of Abacus and experience in an NPO is an advantage
• Independent and precise working style
• Assertiveness and the ability to clearly and convincingly represent your own position
• Very good German in spoken and written form
