What to expect
As a Junior IT Consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the start. You create analyses and support project managers in developing IT requirements and creating solution proposals. In the team, you develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the right solution is found, you participate in the design and architecture and accompany our clients until successful implementation.
Step by step, you take on more responsibility up to entire work packages or partial project management. As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build sustainable contacts and continuously expand your network. In addition, you have the opportunity, to actively shape APP as a co-entrepreneur and significantly influence our future.
What we expect
· Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science or engineering
· Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis
· Knowledge in one or more of the areas IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
· Preferably experience in public administration, justice, finance sector or healthcare
· Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open, communicative personality with talent and joy in building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
· Flexibility regarding travel activity in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
