Your tasks

• You competently, empathetically and individually care for newborns, children and adolescents up to the age of 16.
• You assist in the general paediatric consultation and support the medical team during examinations and treatments.
• You take on administrative tasks such as case opening, appointment scheduling and processing orders.
• You answer telephone calls, triage them and advise patients and their parents competently and kindly.
• You ensure high quality and continuity in the treatment process and actively contribute to the further development of our procedures.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ.
• You bring several years of professional experience as an MPA, ideally in paediatrics or in the care of children and adolescents.
• You enjoy working with young patients and approach them and their parents with empathy and professionalism.
• You have high social competence, strong communication skills and a quick grasp of things.
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner even in hectic situations.
• You appreciate teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical team and other professionals.
