Your tasks
- You are responsible for the property management of your own residential and commercial portfolio (rental, coordination of move-ins and move-outs, terminations, etc.).
- You are responsible for correctly issuing rental contracts and independently prepare rental agreements with special provisions.
- You are responsible for dunning and take over case management in arrears, tenant and neighborhood conflicts.
- You answer simple questions from residents regarding heating/cost accounting.
- You are the first contact person for residents and maintain communication with the settlement commissions.
- You coordinate tenant annual meetings with the settlement commissions as well as settlement projects and tours.
- You lead part-time employees.
- You coordinate communication with your tenants.
- You ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial or comparable vocational training.
- You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate sector and at least one year of further training as a real estate management clerk and are willing to continue your education in this field.
- You work solution- and consensus-oriented and are used to communicating with various stakeholders.
- Your strong customer orientation and high communication skills characterize you as a person.
- A structured, networked, and professional way of working is a matter of course for you.
- With your proficient IT skills, you quickly familiarize yourself with our systems and navigate confidently in common office applications.
- You show initiative and actively contribute to constructive collaboration.
