You enjoy working together with the team on customer projects and like to continuously develop your customer relationships as well as our Microsoft solution portfolio, based on market and customer needs business cases? Furthermore, you have the foresight to discover new business potential early, you take initiative, and are ready to develop further growth with us? Then we are looking exactly for you as the head of our Competence Center Microsoft! With us, you actively contribute to growth-oriented development, also beyond national borders. As Competence Center Head (all genders), you occupy one of the most versatile positions with great growth and design scope at adesso. The role combines personnel, topic, and customer responsibility in the context of the Microsoft solution portfolio. You are a key player for our company’s success and expand your team of experts in the various domains of the Microsoft ecosystem, continuously develop it, and lead it to economic success. Specifically, you take on the following tasks:

The focus on the economic, contribution margin-oriented success of your team or competence center.
Implementation of the adesso growth path through hiring, further development, and retention of your employees.
Expansion of our customer relationships in the context of Microsoft topics and needs-based business cases.
Support of your customers and coaching of project teams.
Partner management with Microsoft.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

You understand the consulting business and words like "capacity management", "project organization", "expectation management", or "customer relationship" are part of your daily business.
You already have diverse experience around Microsoft – both in sales, offer management, and operational project business.
A specialization in one of the Microsoft domains Dynamics CRM, custom development, or M365 is an advantage.
You bring a well established network in the Microsoft ecosystem that you can use profitably.
You have experience in building and leading or coordinating teams and employees or project participants appreciate you as a competent leader who can lead teams goal-oriented based on motivation and trust.
You are a management all-rounder, specialized in Microsoft, and eager to further expand our competence in this area.
Together we grow as a team, exchange our expertise with each other, and learn from and with each other. To ensure you start successfully in your leadership role at adesso, we systematically support you from the beginning.
Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) and have good English skills – both written and spoken.
