M365 Service Owner (a) [Ref:2811]

• Further development of the Microsoft 365 landscape and co-design of the future direction of the platform
• Gathering requirements from the specialist departments and translating them into meaningful, implementable solutions
• Support in the development of new M365 solutions - both on the professional and technical side
• Planning and accompanying introductions and roll-outs, initially focusing on SharePoint Online
• Ensuring that new solutions are cleanly integrated into the existing IT environment and that data protection requirements are met
• Coordination with internal specialist departments, IT, external partners, and other stakeholders throughout the entire implementation
• Professional coordination within the team as well as close collaboration with various areas within the organisation

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in the product owner environment, ideally in larger or more complex organisations
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a technical understanding that goes beyond mere application
• Good understanding of how processes, systems, and people interact
• Communicative personality with experience in moderation and dealing with different stakeholders
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Further training in product ownership or project management as well as an MS-900 certification are an additional plus
