Your Competencies
- Foundation: A completed training as a nursing professional or FaGe EFZ with solid experience
- Leadership: You have leadership experience (or the talent for it) and want to take on responsibility
- Vibe: You are decisive, empathetic, and keep your humour even in hectic moments
- Organisational Talent? Absolutely. You work in a structured way, love acting independently, and use digital tools as confidently as your smartphone
