The Kantonsschule Zürcher Oberland (KZO) in Wetzikon currently has 59 classes, a lower secondary level (9th/10th school year) and all Zurich Matura profiles. With around 1300 students, 200 teachers, and 40 staff members in administration and operations, KZO is one of the large high schools in the canton.
For the spring semester 2026 (February 23 to July 10, 2026), we are looking for a teaching assistant for the subject of computer science. The teaching load is approximately 50%. The load can be split between two teachers. According to the Zurich middle and vocational school teacher regulations, this is a fixed-term position as a teaching assistant.
A completed university degree in computer science and a teaching diploma for Matura schools are desired but not mandatory. Teachers with little teaching experience at the secondary school level will be supported by an experienced computer science teacher.
