Job Description
Would you like to take a central role in the further development of our cross-departmental collaboration between nursing and patient service?
In this key position, you actively shape efficient processes, high service quality and patient-centred care.
Your Tasks
- Professional leadership of a cross-departmental team (SRK nursing assistants / nursing assistants)
- Ensuring high service and care quality in the patient-facing area
- Coordination and optimisation of interfaces between nursing, hospitality and other services
- Participation in operational day-to-day business as well as ensuring smooth processes
- Planning and further development of deployment and resource structures
- Promotion, development and support of employees
- Participation in projects for continuous process and quality improvement
Qualifications
- Completed training in the health or hospitality sector (e.g. nursing, hotel management school or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in a hospital environment
- Proven leadership experience (e.g. group leader, team leader)
- Strong organisational skills and networked thinking
- High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with patients and employees
- Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented personality
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
