The municipality of Birmensdorf is located in a rural, natural yet urban environment near the city of Zurich and is excellently connected by public transport (S14 and S5 from Zurich main station in 15 minutes).The Birmensdorf primary school is a growing school with 9 kindergarten and 25 primary school classes and supplementary day care structures. The classes are taught in decentralised kindergartens and a central, shared primary school facility with four school buildings.
Your tasks:
• Supervising and caring for the children and actively shaping the daily routine of the after-school care
• Supporting the after-school care staff in daily activities
• Performing household tasks
• Preparing and serving meals
• Collaborating with the after-school care team
• Cooperating with parents and guardians
You bring:
• Experience in caring for children
• Enjoyment of working in a lively environment
• Reliability and flexibility
• Calmness, openness and a good sense of humour
• Good manners and knowledge of German
