Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture (80-100%) to lead and manage demanding architectural projects. You will accompany projects from studies and competitions through design to execution planning and take responsibility for the planning and organisational coordination. The focus is on high architectural quality, structured management of planning processes, and professional CAD planning with ArchiCAD. The position combines design, project management and project coordination in a versatile architectural environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of demanding architecture and building projects
Development and further processing of projects across various SIA planning phases
Participation and project responsibility in architectural competitions and study commissions
Preparation and further development of design, project and execution planning
Creation and coordination of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings with ArchiCAD
Leadership and coordination of internal project teams and planning processes
Coordination with clients, specialist planners, authorities and other project participants
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Ensuring planning quality, deadlines and project goals
Development and review of architectural, constructive and technical solutions
Preparation and leadership of project and coordination meetings
Support of approval procedures and building submissions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at FH, ETH or university level
Several years of professional experience in architectural planning and project management
Experience with competitions, studies and demanding building projects
Solid knowledge in design, project and execution planning
Very good and professional user skills in ArchiCAD
Knowledge of Swiss SIA phases, building standards and planning processes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
