Site Manager in Controlled Demolition (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with regard to the company objectives:

• Deputising for the managing director
• Organising and leading construction sites and projects independently
• Acquiring new contracts as well as advising and supporting customers
• Leading, instructing and planning the deployment of employees
• Allocating machines, equipment and other resources as required
• Planning and supervising demolition, concrete drilling and concrete cutting work
• Monitoring deadlines, costs, quality and project progress
• Ensuring safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Supporting and advising existing customers and maintaining customer relationships
• Checking reports, measurements, work on account and billing
• Preparing and checking preliminary and final calculations
• Maintaining complete project documentation

Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:

• Completed technical or craft training in the main or ancillary construction trade
• Further training as a site manager, foreman or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in concrete processing, controlled demolition or a related field
• Sound knowledge in work preparation, calculation, site management and project execution
• Good knowledge of applicable safety, environmental and quality regulations
• Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making skills
• Confident and professional manner with customers and business partners
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
