The hospitals fmi AG with over 1,600 employees include the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry of the hospitals fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. As a modern hospital group, we ensure outpatient and inpatient, multidisciplinary medical and psychiatric care in the eastern and central Bernese Oberland.Residential Group Leader 90%

- Team coach: You are a mentor for your 17-member team and promote trainees, develop talents and create a spirit that is contagious
- Quality assurance 2.0: You ensure that care not only shines on paper (RAI) but also reaches our residents in everyday life.
- Anchor point: You are the face of the residential group for relatives, doctors and external partners – competent, approachable and solution-oriented

Your skills
- Foundation: A completed training as
a nursing specialist or FaGe EFZ with solid experience - Leadership: You have leadership experience (or the
talent for it) and want to take responsibility - Vibe: You are decisive, empathetic and keep your humour even in hectic moments
- Organisational talent? Absolutely. You work
in a structured way, love independent action and use digital tools as confidently as your smartphone
