Das Buchseegut Köniz is part of the social work of the Salvation Army Switzerland. We care for and advise people with a mental impairment on psychosocial, economic and health issues. We provide our clients with a home and offer professional help. To complement our care team, we are looking for a specialist.Your tasks
- Independent key worker role with people with mental illnesses
- Stabilisation of the current life situation, strengthening autonomy and expanding the clients' scope for action
- Electronic case management according to standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals from the support system
- Regular presence duties in the day team
- Organisation and implementation of leisure and holiday activities
Your profile
- HF/FH diploma in social pedagogy, nursing or a related field
- Openness towards people with different biographies, lifestyles and worldviews
- Experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
- Resilience and flexibility
- A flair for administrative tasks
- Initiative and a humorous personality
- You identify with the values of the Salvation Army
