YOUR TASKS

• Support/represent the Head of Guest Services and actively contribute to the further development of the department.
• You actively, empathetically and warmly care for our patients – and are the first point of contact for non-medical requests.
• You ensure smooth meal ordering through to service including beverage service – with a smile and great sensitivity.
• You coordinate catering requests between medical staff, nutritional counselling and the kitchen.
• Order in the patient room is important to you – you create an atmosphere for well-being.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in hospitality, gastronomy or healthcare.
• Training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist is a plus.
• You communicate clearly, kindly and fluently in German.
• You have a good sense for people, are team-oriented and flexible (Mon–Sun).
• You are very proficient with IT programmes and work in a structured manner.

We work in shift operation from Monday to Sunday, between 6:30 and 18:30 – without split shifts, without room hours. This also leaves time for your private life.
