The School of Engineering at EPFL invites applications for a faculty position in Bioengineering Measurement Technologies.
Description
Requirements
We look for innovative individuals to develop next generation measurement technologies for bioengineering, with a strong focus on tool development and instrumentation. Approaches include, but are not limited to: bio-imaging/bio- microscopy, biophysics, single molecule tracking and force spectroscopy, micro/nanofluidics, electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy, biosensors and bioelectronics.
Thematic links to research topics at the Institute of Bioengineering, or wherever relevant at the School of Engineering, School of Life Sciences and School of Basic Science, are strongly encouraged.
The candidate’s ability to teach STEM subjects and/or bioengineering topics will be a key selection criterion.
