Business Analyst / Business Engineer (m/f/d) mobile Banking /100%/ Zurich
Project: For an established financial company, we are looking for 2 experienced Senior Business Analysts / Business Engineers to further develop and operate modern mobile apps with a focus on mobile banking.
You work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary product team and accompany topics from the initial problem statement through solution development to successful implementation. In doing so, you bring together customer needs, professional and regulatory requirements, as well as technical possibilities.

Tasks:

• Analysis and structuring of customer needs, professional requirements and complex issues
• Development and evaluation of solution variants together with product owners, engineering, testing, UX/UI and subject matter experts
• Specification of requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, mock-ups and professional concepts
• Preparation and moderation of workshops and professional coordination
• Active stakeholder management between business and IT
• Support in discovery, user research, prototyping and validation of solution ideas
• Accompanying requirements from problem statement through implementation to successful introduction
• Support in testing, UAT, error analysis and quality assurance
• Identification of improvement potentials in products, processes and collaboration
• Constructive questioning of existing solutions and contributing own ideas

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in digital product environments
• Sound knowledge in business analysis, requirements engineering and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience in interdisciplinary product teams as well as strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Confident handling of user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, BPMN/UML and UAT
• Experience with digital products and ideally mobile apps / mobile banking
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to structure complex and unclear problems and independently develop solution variants
• Initiative, curiosity and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in banking, finance or regulated environment is an advantage

• German: Business fluent C2
• English: nice to have
