Laboratory Technicians R&D (Synthesis, High-Pressure Reactions) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Independent execution of synthetic work for the development and optimisation of processes
• Support in carrying out small-scale productions and pilot runs
• Conducting the corresponding analytical work (HPLC, GC)
• Documentation of work in the form of weekly reports, interim reports, and experimental results
• Support in the training of our apprentices

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician EFZ, Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), or similar
• Professional experience in preparative organic synthesis is an advantage
• Professional experience in the field of high-pressure reactions (e.g. catalytic hydrogenations) is an advantage
• Team spirit, flexibility, initiative, as well as precise and independent working style
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment in training apprentices
