The Integrative Training Centre iac in Zurich, with around 400 students, is the largest institute for art therapy and design education in Switzerland.

We are looking for a

Finance and Accounting Specialist 60-70%

Main focus on accounting and personnel administration,
as well as support for course administration

Your tasks:

• Independent management of financial accounting including preparation of quarterly, semester and annual financial statements
• Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reading and posting of incoming and outgoing payments
• Management of dunning procedures
• Preparation and support of the annual audit
• Support of training managers in financial matters
• Monthly recording and execution of payroll (Infoniqa)
• Social insurance matters including contact with authorities
• Various general administrative tasks, mail distribution, telephone operation
• Support of course administration

We expect:

• An enthusiastic and reliable personality with high social competence
• Commercial basic training
• Federal specialist certificate as finance and accounting specialist
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting (SME)
• Confident handling of social insurance matters
• Good knowledge of the business software Infoniqa Cloud (formerly Sage Sesam)
• Proficiency in Word / Excel / Outlook
• Structured and independent working style, as well as analytical skills
• Team player, customer-oriented and flexible
• Capable of multitasking and resilient
• Proficiency in German language, spoken and written
