(Insulation of subfloors, walls, ceilings, drywall)

In this versatile position, you take responsibility for expanding and maintaining our customer relationships in the field of interior construction and internal insulation:

• Revenue responsibility for the business areas of subfloor, drywall and internal insulation
• Support of existing sales partners (trade) in commercial and technical matters.
• Technical and commercial advice to processors with a focus on key accounts.
• Follow-up of offers and projects
• New customer acquisition in the processor sector.
• Market analysis and reporting to the head of sales.
• Application-technical product demonstrations for major customers, processors and trade customers.
• Networking activities with associations and decision-makers.
• POS training and active design of the point of sale in the DIY store support area.
• Creation of sales aids such as flyers and technical documentation in cooperation with product management.
• Participation in the creation of test certificates for the Swiss market.
• Contribution to the digitalisation of the offering around interior construction and internal insulation.
• Development and implementation of a training programme.
• Assistance with acquisition and support in the creation of performance specifications for architects and decision-makers according to Swiss standards.

You are a convincing personality with a passion for sales and construction products:

• Technical or commercial training in the construction or building materials industry
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in interior construction or the construction environment
• Good network in the German-speaking Swiss construction and craft sector is an advantage
• High customer orientation and closing strength
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of consulting, training and networking
• Willingness to travel
