Sales Internal Staff with Purchasing Duties (80–100%)

At the Ebnat-Kappel site in Toggenburg, high-quality cosmetic products are developed, manufactured, and packaged. We are proud of our products, but even prouder of our motivated employees who achieve great things with passion and dedication.

Your Tasks

• Independent administrative processing of customer orders in close cooperation with purchasing and order planning
• Support and advice for our B2B customers in daily business
• Implementation of new customer projects in collaboration with project managers
• Responsibility for organising and implementing changes to customer products
• Maintenance and management of article and customer master data
• Organisation and technical clarification of packaging materials
• Deputising in packaging procurement with operational support of purchasing for material orders and goods receipts

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training or technical training with commercial further education
• Professional experience in sales internal service, ideally in an industrial environment
• Responsible and quality-conscious personality with quick comprehension and strong customer orientation
• Team player, flexible and interested in a varied, diverse administrative area of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
• Confident and efficient handling of ERP systems, ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
