Manager QA for QC (a), 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our QA for QC team in quality assurance, we are looking for a Manager QA for QC (a) 100%.

The QA for QC department acts as an interface between QA and QC, ensuring quality oversight and compliance in the QC area. In this demanding position, you will be responsible as a specialist for handling all tasks related to quality control and analytics. Your strength lies in applying your solid cGMP knowledge in practice and productively contributing to continuous process optimisations. Additionally, you ensure the internal flow of information, especially between QC and QA.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing and approval of QC deviations as well as OOS events
• Review and approval of analytical procedures as well as plans and reports for method validations and stability studies
• Support of customer audits and regulatory inspections related to QC
• Accompaniment and approval of changes and process optimisations in QC
• Conducting self-inspections in quality control
• Function as "Person in Plant". This role regularly visits the QC laboratories on site to clarify compliance issues directly with QC staff

Your Profile

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy
• At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or quality control
• Experience in a chemical/analytical environment
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to clearly present complex events and contexts and communicate internally and externally
• High understanding of quality aspects and solid cGMP knowledge
• Quality-conscious, responsible, and precise working style
• Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Experience with IT systems; e.g., chromatography data systems, LIMS desirable
• Experience with SAP and electronic document management as well as quality event management systems is an advantage
