Specialist Training & Customer Excitement Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks:

• Management, planning, implementation and further development of product and market trainings as well as system and process trainings in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Design, support and development of onboarding training programmes and the Learning Management System "Porsche Academy" as well as responsibility for training completions, reporting and KPIs
• Management, development and coordination of specific training planning per Porsche location
• Analysis of customer touchpoints and further development of role and qualification programmes
• Collaboration in the introduction of new training, coaching and people excellence concepts
• Expansion of the Customer Excitement & Customer Experience area in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Implementation of new learning methods into the existing and future qualification programme
• Administration and operation of the Porsche Training Center in cooperation with After Sales Training

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable studies with a focus on sales or automotive trade
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operational training, business development or sales in the automotive industry
• Independent, structured, service- and customer-oriented working style as well as pronounced team, communication, presentation and moderation skills and high implementation strength
• Enthusiasm for training and personnel development
• Passion for the Porsche brand and its products
• Analytical thinking and confident handling of data, evaluations and digital tools
• Very good English and French skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
