About the job
To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the outpatient internal medicine services (experience in oncology, nephrology or cardiology) of the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital, for a fixed term of one year, a
Nurse
Fixed-term contract for 12 months 60 – 100%
Your mission:
- ensure long-term replacements within the outpatient internal medicine services
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
- supervise, support and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, or equivalent training
- minimum 2 years of experience in acute care with desired experience in outpatient internal medicine specialties (e.g. oncology, nephrology, etc.)
- experience in oncology, nephrology or cardiology desired
- proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language
- proficiency in IT tools
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- dynamic and constructive mindset
- strong team-working ability
- flexibility and autonomy
