Role:
Do you want to apply your organisational skills in production planning? In this role, you coordinate production orders, monitor delivery dates and support reliable material supply. You work closely with internal departments and external production partners.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate production orders and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments and external manufacturing partners.
You check delivery dates and production capacities and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.
You support demand and material planning and work closely with product management and sales management.
You process orders for new products and assortment adjustments and accompany their introduction and phase-out.
You check invoices and agreed conditions of external packaging partners.
You contribute to cross-departmental projects to improve material supply.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or technical basic education with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ).
You ideally have initial professional experience in scheduling, production planning or materials management.
You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office.
You impress with organisational talent, communication skills as well as an independent, structured and reliable working style.
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
